Blank sizes are held to close tolerances and pass several quality checks to exceed customer requirements. Over one hundred different blank sizes are currently available.

We are pleased with our capacity to make PEEK valve plates in house utilizing superb plates and cutting edge CNC machining. After the plates are machined they are set in the roundabout vibrator for mass wrapping up. This will give them their smooth and last shape.
